LaSalle Network is looking for a Member Service Representative to support a growing client in Oak Brook, IL. If you’re someone who knows how to juggle calls, emails, and files we want to talk to you!
Member Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from clients with speed and professionalism
- Input updates into internal client systems accurately and efficiently
- Review and respond to voicemails and inbox messages
- Securely handle sensitive customer information
- Scan, file, and deliver documents within the organization
- Retrieve and mail documentation as needed
- Jump in to support general requests and team needs
Member Service Representative Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in call center/customer service and administrative roles
- Quick and accurate data entry skills
- Excellent communicator, both written and spoken
- Comfortable managing sensitive data
- Pay: Ranging from $20-$23/hr pending experience
- Location: Onsite in Oak Brook, IL
- Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
