In this role, you’ll step into a fast-paced, highly visible setting, owning full-cycle recruiting for complex technical roles and driving hiring forward with minimal oversight. This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who thrives on autonomy, momentum, and making an immediate impact.
What’s the job?
- Own full-cycle recruiting for IT consulting roles from intake through offer and close
- Recruit for implementation consultants, IT consultants, project managers, developers, and other technical roles
- Source talent through proactive outreach, networking and recruiter-built pipelines
- Evaluate consulting-specific skill sets, delivery experience and technical depth
- Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand custom client solutions
- Manage multiple requisitions independently in a fast-paced environment
What’s needed?
- Proven experience working in a 100% technical focused recruiting role
- Deep understanding of consulting models and delivery teams is a plus
- Experience recruiting implementation consultants and project-based roles
- Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels
- Ability to operate independently with minimal direction
- Availability to work CST hours
