What’s the job?

Own and analyze day-to-day B2B credit and collections activity

Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and on time

Apply cash receipts and reconcile accounts like a pro

Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due balances

Investigate billing discrepancies, short pays and credit issues

Keep AR records organized, accurate and audit-ready

Partner with internal teams to ensure billing and credit accuracy

Experience in B2B credit, collections or accounts receivable

Strong analytical skills with sharp attention to detail

Comfort working in accounting systems and Excel
