As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the engine of the sales organization. You will be responsible for identifying high-potential accounts and initiating the first conversation with key decision-makers. This is a high-energy, high-activity role designed for someone looking to build a long-term career in Enterprise Software (SaaS).
Sales Development Representative Responsibilities:
- Utilize cold calling, strategic emailing, and social selling (LinkedIn) to engage C-level executives and IT directors.
- Evaluate potential clients' needs and “pain points” to determine if their business is a fit for an enterprise integration platform.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to develop territory plans and transition qualified opportunities into the sales pipeline.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in supply chain, EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), and API management to position the company as a thought leader.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all outreach and prospect intelligence within Salesforce.
Sales Development Representative Qualifications:
- Completed bachelor’s degree
- At least 1 year of related sales experience
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (Outreach/Salesloft) is a plus.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Focus on the positive and strive for continual improvement
- Be results oriented and driven to carve out a career path within the field of sales

Comp + Benefits + Other Info:
- Compensation: $60,000 annual salary and first-year OTE of $75,000.
