LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading organization to hire a Temporary Weekend Training Coordinator to support an upcoming election-related training initiative. In this role, you will assist with training sessions, support participants during hands-on activities, and help ensure smooth, well-organized instructional programs.
Temporary Weekend Training Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
• Support trainers during large-group election training sessions and assist with assigned breakout activities
• Help participants with questions, hands-on tasks, and election-related online training programs
• Prepare training materials and assist with room setup prior to each session
• Rotate between training rooms as needed and maintain clear communication with the training team
• Ensure equipment and materials are accounted for at the start and end of each shift
Temporary Weekend Training Coordinator Qualifications:
• Experience in training, facilitation, education, customer service, or working with large groups
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow structured guidelines and support coordination across multiple training rooms
• Dependability and punctuality, with comfort working in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Schedule & Compensation:
This role is ideal for candidates seeking weekend-only work. Training sessions will take place Friday through Sunday in support of an upcoming election, with 8-hour shifts. There may also be opportunities for weekday shifts based on business needs and individual availability.
Compensation: $17/hr
