LaSalle Network is looking to hire a Traffic Coordinator with at least 1-2 years of experience working at an ad agency or at an in-house marketing team where you have been responsible for project managing vary assets for marketing campaigns.
This is a contract to hire position, full-time hours, and full-time onsite in Brentwood, Tennessee.
The Day to Day:
- Coordinate print production from pre-screen through final delivery
- Manage vendor relationships, proofing, pre-press approvals, and print schedules
- Ensure cost-effective print runs and assist with vendor quoting and negotiation
- Act as liaison between Marketing, Graphics, and print partners
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues impacting quality or timelines
- Support process improvements, reporting, and special projects as needed
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and departments to ensure the timely production of marketing assets.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 1-2 years of traffic/ project coordination experience either from an ad agency or in-house marketing team
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of pre-press, printing, paper, lettershop, and postal regulations
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Creative Suite
This opportunity is a temp to perm position that pays $24-$25/hr.
