What’s the job?
-
Process 800+ invoices per week with accuracy and efficiency
-
Perform full-cycle Accounts Payable tasks from invoice entry to payment
-
Reconcile expense accounts, prepaids, accruals and other balance sheet items
-
Support monthly and quarterly close processes
-
Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies
-
Ensure AP compliance with internal policies and controls
-
Use SAP / S4 HANA ERP systems daily
What’s needed?
-
3–5 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
-
Strong reconciliation and month-end close support skills
-
Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-
Detail-oriented and highly organized
-
Experience with SAP / S4 HANA strongly preferred
