This is a hands-on individual contributor role ideal for a performance-driven marketer with deep experience reaching Medicare and Medicaid audiences across both traditional and digital channels.
This role will play a critical part in scaling demand, improving ROI, and ensuring compliant, effective messaging across all media.
This position is a hybrid role that will require travel to offices in the Chicagoland north and northwest suburbs.
What You’ll Do:
- Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy and execution across broadcast TV, radio, print, email, and digital channels
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns targeting Medicare and Medicaid populations, ensuring compliance with healthcare advertising regulations
- Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and performance to hit acquisition and ROI targets
- Analyze performance data across channels to identify trends, optimize spend, and improve conversion rates
- Partner cross-functionally with creative, operations, and leadership teams to align messaging and campaign goals
- Oversee media partners, vendors, and agencies as needed
- Develop testing frameworks (creative, messaging, channels) to continuously improve results
- Report on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership
- 6+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing
- Proven experience marketing to Medicare and Medicaid audiences (healthcare, clinics, insurance, or related sectors strongly preferred)
- Hands-on experience managing broadcast TV, radio, print, email, and digital marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing spend across multiple channels
- Comfortable operating as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, growth-oriented & lean environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

This position pays $125k-$135k based on experience.
