LaSalle Network is hiring for a Senior Accountant to join a growing corporate organization in Carmel, IN. This Senior Accountant role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wants their work to influence real business decisions. What’s the job?
- Prepare, review and analyze monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts; resolve discrepancies
- Support budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning
- Serve as a key contact for internal and external audits
- Partner cross-functionally to enhance internal controls and accounting processes
- Analyze financial trends and deliver insights to leadership
What’s needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
- 3–5 years of corporate accounting experience
- Strong GAAP knowledge and advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Dynamics GP or similar ERP systems
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
