LaSalle Network is hiring for an Application Analyst II to support a large, multi-regional healthcare organization’s portfolio of clinical and back-office applications. This Application Analyst II will provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for medium- to high-complexity systems and play a key role in ensuring continuity of care through stable, high-performing clinical applications. This is a contract role with extension potential and the opportunity to convert.
This Application Analyst II role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare IT environment and brings hands-on experience supporting third-party clinical applications, including cardiology, radiology, lab systems, PACS, Sleep Lab (Cadwell) and PFT (Breeze Suite).
What’s the job?

Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support for a broad portfolio of clinical and back-office systems

Support third-party clinical applications across cardiology, radiology, lab, PACS, Sleep Lab (Cadwell) and PFT (Breeze Suite)

Manage incidents and problems using ITIL-based service management processes

Respond to and support SEV 1 and SEV 2 application outages within SLA requirements

Participate in an on-call rotation to support 24/7 application availability

Document incidents, workarounds and resolutions in call tracking and knowledge databases

Recommend preventative controls to reduce recurring incidents
What’s needed?

Bachelor’s degree (proof of education required)

Experience as an Application Analyst II or similar clinical application support role

Hands-on experience supporting third-party clinical healthcare applications

Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and collaboration tools

Familiarity with ITIL service management practices

Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
