LaSalle Network has partnered with a well-established and rapidly growing inventory valuation and appraisal firm to hire Senior Associates (Senior Financial Analysts) to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities:
As a Senior Associate, you’ll play a critical role in delivering inventory valuation and appraisal insights for clients across a wide range of industries.
- Analyze and interpret financial and operational data to assess inventory values
- Conduct on-site client visits across the U.S. to inspect assets and meet leadership teams
- Perform independent research on industries, companies and market trends
- Translate complex data into clear, client-ready Excel models and reports
- Communicate valuation findings to both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Partner directly with clients to discuss business trends and inventory drivers
- Build expertise in valuation methodologies, inventory analysis and appraisal standards
Senior Associate / Senior Analyst Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role
- Prior experience in valuations, appraisal, inventory analysis or consulting required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
- Advanced Excel skills (modeling, analysis, standardized reporting)
- Comfortable traveling up to 30%
- Ability to work hybrid in Chicago

- Compensation: Budget is between $70,000–$120,000 base + annual bonus
