This role requires deep familiarity with Agile frameworks, the SDLC lifecycle, and financial industry workflows. You will serve as a bridge between product, engineering, operations, and external clients—ensuring transparency, quality, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sprint cycles, capacity planning, velocity tracking, and roadmap execution.
  • Oversee bug fix prioritization, feature development timelines, and coordinated release scheduling.
  • Partner closely with Product Owners to refine user stories, clarify requirements, and maintain a well-organized backlog.
  • Lead project management across initiatives involving clearing, exchange operations, trading workflows, or retail/commercial banking functionality.
  • Facilitate client onboarding across technology, compliance, data integration, and product rollout processes.
  • Produce consistent reporting for stakeholders, including status updates, risk assessments, and delivery metrics.
  • Ensure alignment between technical teams and business partners across multiple concurrent workstreams.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Software Project Management, Scrum Mastery, or related roles in FinTech or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of Agile Scrum and SDLC methodologies.
  • Experience with software products tied to clearing, exchange operations, banking systems, or trading environments.
  • Proven ability to manage defect workflows, release cycles, and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
  • Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe) are valuable but not required.
The range for this role is $120,000-140,000 per year. There is no bonus. Medical, dental and vision benefits are available.
