As a Call Center Representative, you’ll support both residential and commercial customers by delivering exceptional service, educating them on valuable home warranty and energy-related products, and driving revenue through consultative selling.
What’s the job?
- Sell home warranty and energy-related products while following quality and compliance standards
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound sales calls
- Accurately enter and manage customer data across internal systems
- Previous sales, call center or customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Comfort with phone-based sales and objection handling
- High attention to detail with accurate data entry abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- $17.25 hourly pay plus uncapped commission
