LaSalle Network is hiring a Call Center Representative to join a growing organization during an exciting period of expansion. This opportunity is perfect for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced and phone-based environment. 

As a Call Center Representative, you’ll support both residential and commercial customers by delivering exceptional service, educating them on valuable home warranty and energy-related products, and driving revenue through consultative selling.


What’s the job?
  • Sell home warranty and energy-related products while following quality and compliance standards
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound sales calls
  • Accurately enter and manage customer data across internal systems
What’s needed?
  • Previous sales, call center or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Comfort with phone-based sales and objection handling
  • High attention to detail with accurate data entry abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
