What’s the job?
- Screen resumes using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal systems to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit, qualifications, and interest
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate profiles within the ATS
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers across global offices
- Partner with senior recruiters to support a smooth and efficient corporate recruiting process
- Manage administrative tasks that keep day-to-day recruiting operations running seamlessly
- Previous experience reviewing resumes and conducting phone screens
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to evaluate large volumes of applicants quickly and accurately
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and comfort coordinating schedules
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support senior recruiting partners
- Contract-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay ($30-$40/hour)
