As a Bilingual Recruiter, you’ll manage the full-cycle hiring process for hourly manufacturing, distribution and logistics roles, support onboarding and orientation, and serve as a trusted partner to HR and operations leadership. What’s the Job?
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing, distribution and operations roles
- Source, screen, and schedule interviews across multiple departments
- Post job openings and maintain listings on job boards and internal systems
- Lead weekly new hire orientations and onboarding sessions
- Coordinate closely with HR and operations to meet staffing goals
- Deliver onboarding materials and ensure all paperwork is completed
- Build strong relationships with candidates and team members
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in manufacturing or high-volume hiring
- Confident communicator and engaging presenter
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable on the production floor and interacting with hourly teams daily
- Competitive pay: $30–$40/hour
- Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 remote)
