Despite the global health pandemic and financial crisis, LaSalle Network hired more than 90 employees in the last year, onboarding new employees during the pandemic, and didn’t lay off a single recruiter. LaSalle Network also promoted 40 percent of employees over the last year, with 14 percent promoted within management.

Giving back to the community has always been a top priority, which is why beyond year-round giveback initiatives, on the company’s anniversary, all LaSalle Network employees spent the day volunteering. This was separate from the Volunteer Time Off employees normally get throughout the year. Everyone in the company used the day to give back, either virtually or in-person, contributing over 1,000 hours of community service in one day. The organizations that benefited included, Aspire Chicago, Special Olympics, The Kenneth Young Center, The Center for Enriched Living, Cristo Rey and Pitch in For the Parks.
