Despite the threat of a double dip recession, staffing firm posts record-breaking profits and opens fourth office in Gurnee, IL.
CHICAGO, IL November 8, 2011 – With business growth at a stalled rate for the majority of the country, a Chicago-based staffing firm proves to be an exception to the sluggish economy. LaSalle Network posted a 43 percent increase in year-over-year revenue growth in the third quarter. Forecasting for consistent growth well into 2012, LaSalle Network opened a fourth office in Gurnee, Illinois (1425 Tri-State Parkway) in October.
Founded in 1998 by CEO, Tom Gimbel, LaSalle Network has built upon a network of clients that continue to thrive despite the economic state. Specializing in the business practices of Accounting, Finance, Technology, Human Resources, Administrative and Call Center/Customer Service, LaSalle has grown 700% organically since inception, including 5% in the recession of 2009.
“As we start the fourth quarter, many companies are plagued with concern about the outcome of the economy,” say Gimbel, “I’m proud to say that LaSalle is different; by creating solid partnerships with our trusted clients and candidates, we’ve been able to grow considerably in 2011.”
By allocating a significant amount of resources to new hire training and fostering an environment of team building for all employees, staff retention has never been stronger. In the third quarter alone, LaSalle increased internal hiring by 14%.
