National Staffing, Recruiting, Culture Firm Recognized for Exceptional Company Culture
CHICAGO (October 18, 2018) – LaSalle Network, a national staffing, recruiting and culture firm headquartered in Chicago was named to FORTUNE magazine’s 2018 list of “Best Small & Medium Companies to Work For.” LaSalle Network is the only Chicago-based staffing firm on the list. More than 112,000 employee surveys were reviewed to compile this list. Ultimately, FORTUNE and Great Place to Work selected 50 small and 100 medium-sized companies based on survey scores. Fifty elements were considered while choosing the rankings of the top companies. These elements include:
-The extent to which employees trust leaders
-The respect with which people are treated
-The fairness of workplace decisions
-How much camaraderie there is among the team
Rankings are based on employees’ feedback and reward companies who best include all employees, no matter who they are or what they do for the organization.
