Our Big Week of Rebirthdays

This week LaSalle had a new moment: we celebrated a Rebirthday on every day of the week. In their own words, these LaSallians reflect on their Rebirthdays this week:

1 Year:

Lisa Mosher's 1st Rebirthday

Lisa Mosher, Arlington Heights Branch Manager

What does celebrating a Rebirthday mean to you?

My 1st Rebirthday means feeling rewarded and appreciated for a year of hard work.  It is so special to celebrate with people that you have grown close to over the past year!

What is your favorite LaSalle memory from the past year?

At Q1 Kickoff during the award presentations, I was taken by complete surprise and named Producer of the Year! This completely blew me away and I'm so grateful to have received it.

Annie Lorenz' 1st Rebirthday

Annie Lorenz, Supply Chain Project Manager

What does celebrating a Rebirthday mean to you?

It means that for an entire year I was able to learn, grow and contribute to an amazing company, and now I’m given the opportunity to apply that experience to another year!

What is your favorite LaSalle memory from the past year?

My favorite memory was the entire week of LaSallemas! Every day was so much fun and it made me realize what a unique place this is.

Blake Vogelhuber's 1st Rebirthday

Blake Vogelhuber, Office Services Project Manager

What does celebrating a Rebirthday mean to you?

A rebirthday means reflection to me. Celebrating the success over the past year, but also thinking over the low points to see how I can make next year even better.

What is your favorite LaSalle memory from the past year?

Watching my manager Megan marry our other coworker Rob, and getting to celebrate with them and probably 20 other LaSallians.

2 Years:
Brandon Rebirthday

Brandon Parezo, Technology Services Project Manager

What does celebrating a Rebirthday mean to you?

Rebirthdays are one of my favorite times of the year. You are recognized by the entire company for your accomplishments over the past 365 days, and it serves as a reflecting point. I think Rebirthdays are what separates us (outside of our hard work and dedication) from other companies across the United States. It truly identifies who we are.

What is your favorite LaSalle memory from the past year?

Hands down my favorite part of the last year was Miami. It felt good to grind through Q4 and earn a trip to celebrate with all of your friends - yes, friends - I view everyone at LaSalle as my friends, not just co-workers.

5 Years:

Leighan's 5th Rebirthday

Leighan Pomykala, Senior Project Manager

What does celebrating a Rebirthday mean to you?

Accomplishment. Celebrating a Rebirthday means that I have continued to accomplish goals set by my manager and myself, and I've grown in my career in the last 365 days.

What is your favorite LaSalle memory from the past year?

There have been so many! Honestly it would have been the time my Grandfather had passed. While that isn't my favorite memory, I had so many people reach out to me, from my team to other offices as well as our executive leadership. I felt supported and loved. It was like family. I couldn't be happier that I have made a choice to work here.

Devan Neally 5th Rebirthday

Devan Neally, Director of Call Center Services

What does celebrating a Rebirthday mean to you?

Celebrating 5 years means so many things to me:
- 5 years of growth. I think of how far I want to go in the next 5 years too, and how much I need to learn and develop to get there!
- 5 years of looking up to leaders like Tom, Moe, and Sirmara as the most humble, powerful, smart people I know, and still feeling like I have SO much to learn to even get to their level.
- 5 years of building work and personal relationships with sales, other units, and of course my groups
- 5 years of laughing, crying, growing, wanting more and it never being enough
- 5 years of developing so that I've earned the right to say “I am an expert in high volume projects and call center hiring”
- I'm thankful for 5 years of the development and support I have been given from every aspect of this company – I am a different, more confident, and positive/happy person because of LaSalle.

What is your favorite LaSalle memory from the past year?

Watching Veronica, Michelle and Lisa grow, get awards, and get promoted. Also, I love how they push me to be a better manager and friend. I am so thankful for that.

13 Years:

Maureen Hoersten, Chief Revenue Officer

What does celebrating a Rebirthday mean to you?

It means I must've done my job well enough to get to stay :)

What is your favorite LaSalle memory from the past year?

Cramming 100+ LaSallians onto the dance floor at Lake Geneva's Hogs and Kisses!  Mirrors really open a room! I love celebrating with people who are fun and who work their butts off!
