Happy 6th Rebirthday, Elle!

I am 6!

What has been your professional progression at LaSalle?

I began as a contract recruiter on the customer service /call center service team out of our Oak Brook office. I was promoted to a Project Manager in 4 months and transitioned to the Chicago office. Three years later, I was promoted to Senior Project Manager and in four months I was promoted to a Team Lead.

What is your first memory of LaSalle, and how did it make you feel?  

My first day at LaSalle was a rush of energy. I remember shadowing two recruiting calls and instantly jumping on the phones. I was inspired by the passion, hard work ethic, and support from all the other coworkers. I wanted to be like them and I knew I wanted to be here for the long haul.

What is your favorite thing about working at LaSalle?

The LaSallians. I am very proud to be part of an organization with such driven, intelligent, and talented employees. The leadership team at LaSalle is supportive and encouraging. I have gained close friendships. We work hard and have fun together.

What does LaSalle mean to you?

LaSalle means career opportunity, growth, support, development, motivation, hard work, and passion. Every day is a new challenge. The opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives and positively impact individuals on a daily basis is a rewarding experience. Every day I feel challenged to work harder.

What has been your proudest moment at LaSalle?

I am proud to be part of a team that is one of the highest revenue generating teams in the company. We have surpassed our all-time high in revenue over the past two years.

What do you hope to conquer in the next 365 days?

I hope our team conquers more business, surpasses our goals, and makes more placements! We have grown from 4 to 7 people and we are ready to dominate. I am excited to see our new hires learn, grow, and succeed.

What does celebrating a rebirthday mean to you?

Celebrating a rebirthday is a reflection of the years at LaSalle. I remember the successes and the challenges. There are lots of hugs, balloons, decorations, and support. It is such a fun way to be acknowledged on your anniversary.

What has been the most unexpected thing about LaSalle?

Having an alias name!

What's your spirit animal?

Cheetah -  they're speedy and focused.
