I am 2!
What has been your professional progression at LaSalle?
I started as an Office Assistant, and after six months, I started to take on additional tasks. Recently, I was promoted into the Special Projects Coordinator position in our Arlington Heights office.
What is your first memory of LaSalle and how did it make you feel?
My first day was great. It started off a little overwhelming, but everyone was so friendly, welcoming and supportive!
What is your favorite thing about working at LaSalle?
The people. We have created an incredible bond and support system. We cheer when things are going great, and we work together when things are rough. It's an amazing feeling to walk into work every day and be excited to get things done!
What does LaSalle mean to you?
Lifelong friendships. It might sound cheesy, but we laugh together, we cry together, we do it all! Not many people can say they get to have these feelings and build these relationships when they go into work, but I do. I'm very lucky and fortunate for everything LaSalle has done for me.
What has been your proudest moment at LaSalle?
My proudest moment has been my most recent promotion. I worked very hard and really wanted to grow into this position. My new position has taught me a lot already and it’s very rewarding.
What do you hope to conquer in the next 365 days?
I hope to continue to grow as an individual and contributor to LaSalle and take on more tasks.
What does celebrating a rebirthday mean to you?
It means everything. I had never heard of a company celebrating such a thing, but it's something very special. Every day is great, but rebirthdays are hard to describe. They are so overwhelming, but in a good way! It's always nice to reflect and see what you have accomplished in the last 365 days, and what you want to accomplish in the next 365.
What has been the most unexpected thing about LaSalle?
The limits you can push yourself through, and the people. You wouldn't expect to take on certain tasks, but you do! And there are so many different personalities, but we all fit and work perfectly together, like a puzzle.
What's your spirit animal?
According to a quiz I just took, my spirit animal is the Eagle :)
Anything else you want to share?
I am so thankful for everything that LaSalle and my colleagues have given me the past 730 days, and I can't wait for the next 365!
