Happy 2nd Rebirthday, Maureen Lynn!

MoLynn 2How old are you at LaSalle?

I'm a two year old.

What has been your professional progression at LaSalle?

I started as a Project Manager for Accounting and Finance, recruiting for both project and permanent positions. Now I recruit strictly for project roles.

What is your first memory of LaSalle?

My first memory at LaSalle was my interview day. I met with 6 or 7 people and I felt a connection with every one of them. Being able to have a conversation with someone who shares a similar background or sense of humor, and knowing they might be your co-worker, is thrilling.

What is your favorite thing about working at LaSalle?

My favorite thing about working for LaSalle Network is our team-based approach. Everyone here is competitive, but it's healthy and productive. We'll have company-wide meetings every week to put our heads together and figure out a strategy to help fill a difficult position.

What does LaSalle mean to you?

I came to LaSalle right out of college, and 2 years later I feel like a completely different person. Not only is this where I'm building a career, but it has helped me achieve goals in my personal life as well. The experiences, both positive and negative, have helped mold me as a person.

What has been your proudest moment at LaSalle?

My proudest moment at LaSalle was when I was able to help make an international marketing agency one of our clients. I was a marketing major in college, so I was especially excited when we got the opportunity to help fill a few of their financial positions. We're continuing to get new positions every week, and it's been an awesome experience so far!Molynn 3

What does celebrating a rebirthday mean to you?

It almost feels like I'm celebrating with my large, fun, dysfunctional family. The relationships I've built here are like none other, and I'm actually more excited to celebrate my rebirthday than my real birthday.

What has been the most unexpected thing about LaSalle?

I didn't anticipate the honesty that I'd receive from management and our executive leadership team. So much so, that I can confidently say they have my best interests at heart. That has to be out of the norm for fast-growing, successful companies, and I feel incredibly grateful for that.

What's your spirit animal?

A horse.

Anything else you want to share?

I have strong feeling our company could make for the funniest reality show on television. I'm keeping my fingers crossed!
