Workers’ Compensation Manager Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with claims adjusters and work closely with judges to handle workers’ compensation claims
- Focus on managing the patient side of workers’ compensation claims, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
- Support legal teams and provide testimony on claims when required
Workers’ Compensation Manager Requirements:
- No HR experience needed
- Familiarity with CDW and DocuPhase is preferred
- No HRIS experience required
- Training will be provided for the specific systems (CDW, DocuPhase)
