LaSalle Network is partnering with a well-known residential community in Chicago to find a Weekend Team Lead who thrives on teamwork, service, and smooth operations. This is a newly enhanced weekend program, and we need someone who can hit the ground running and lead a front desk crew with confidence, care, and a hospitality mindset.
Weekend Team Lead Responsibilities:
- Guide the weekend front desk team and keep daily operations on track
- Be a resource and coach for team members—help them succeed shift to shift
- Track team performance and deliver simple, insightful weekly reports
- Ensure team members show up, step up, and meet the standards
- Promote a welcoming and respectful atmosphere for guests and team alike
- Collaborate with management to strengthen weekend processes and guest service
Weekend Team Lead Requirements:
- Background in hospitality, customer service, or receptionist roles
- Comfortable being the go-to person on shift—organized, clear, and reliable
- Great with people, great with time, and great with solving problems on the fly
- Open to a set Thursday–Sunday schedule with rotating daytime shifts
