Warehouse Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily warehouse operations
- Assign and prioritize daily work for warehouse associates
- Coach, mentor, and develop a team of 10 employees
- Oversee shipping, receiving, and packaging processes
- Implement continuous improvement initiative
- Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant warehouse environment
- 5+ years of warehouse lead or supervisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Proven leadership experience and the ability to manage high performing teams
This is a direct hire, full-time opportunity and will require a fully on site schedule at our client's warehouse location in Addison, IL. The work hours are Monday – Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm central. This position offers a pay rate between $70,000 – $80,000 annually. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 401k plan.
