Warehouse Lead Responsibilities:
- Ensure containers are scheduled and out the door on time and are unloaded into the warehouse efficiently
- Walk around and make sure everything is stacked appropriately
- Work alongside the warehouse associates to ensure processing and shipping is done in a timely manner
- Work within Excel
- Provide people guidance while on warehouse floor
Warehouse Lead Requirements:
- 2+ years of warehousing experience
- Experience supervising or leading a team within a warehouse
- Ability to work within Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables)
- Ability to operate a forklift and lift up to 75 pounds
