Job Description
Lasalle Network is partnered with a highly respected financial institution that is Chicago-based with over 160 banking locations! They're seeking a VP of Operations to drive continuous process improvement and implement best practices. This person will be a driving force for operational excellence while providing employee and client experience across bank operations.

VP of Operations Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement capacity/staffing models and operational structures to support operating businesses
  • Ensure daily processes and activities are completed accurately and on time, including management measurement/tracking and monitoring (Key Performance and Risk Indicators)
  • Drive continuous process improvement and implement best practices
  • Support continuous learning opportunities and facilitate career development plans for employees
  • Set clear goals and objectives and provide consistent feedback on performance
  • Recruit, develop and retain top talent with a focus on inclusion and employee experience to improve overall employee engagement
  • Foster strong partnerships across all disciplines to drive a collaborative approach

VP of Operations Requirements:
  • Experience leading large teams of 35+ in daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidance, policies and procedures
  • 10+ years of experience in financial services, particularly in operations, customer experience and risk management/controls
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Business process transformation (Lean/Six Sigma) experience preferred
  • Proven ability to see the big picture, communicate clearly and form relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Strong business acumen with a detailed understanding of banking operations and an impeccable attention to detail
