Video/Data Recovery Specialist Responsibilities:

Recover video data across platforms and devices using industry-standard recovery tools

Provide hands-on support to clients, ensuring clear communication and excellent service

Maintain detailed documentation of recovery techniques and outcomes

Ensure tools and systems are updated, secured, and operating at peak performance
Video/Data Recovery Specialist Requirements:

1+ year of relevant experience in data recovery, IT support, or video tech preferred

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong troubleshooting skills and a drive to keep learning

Able to work on-site and collaborate in a team-focused environment
