Our client supports over 190,000 union workers and their families in the hospitality and gaming industry across the nation! Their team in Las Vegas is looking for a dynamic Union Benefits Liaison to be the liaison between their union members and their employers, answering questions related to their benefits offerings, changes, requests and more. In this role, you’ll lead responses to plan inquiries, conduct benefit plan analyses and facilitate the onboarding process as well as make plan adjustments. This person must have experience in a union environment, with Taft-Hartley experience preferred. If this sounds like you, keep reading!

Union Benefits Liaison Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and compare employer benefits, highlighting key differences and strengths
  • Guide Union staff through plan details and onboarding processes
  • Liaise with partners to ensure smooth transitions for new employers
  • Collaborate on CBA/MOA language review and automation opportunities
  • Maintain vital data and facilitate communication with stakeholders
  • Provide training and support for Plan implementation

Union Benefits Liaison Manager Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a union or Taft-Hartley environment
  • Strong knowledge of health insurance and welfare benefits plans
  • Experience in a union setting preferred, with familiarity with Taft-Hartley Plans
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field
