Treasury Analyst

LaSalle Network is partnering with an innovative synthetic manufacturing company in search of a Treasury Analyst to join their growing team in a hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA. Treasury Analyst Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze daily cash positioning, ensuring timely account funding

• Conduct cash reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and ensure financial accuracy

• Develop and maintain cash forecasts to guide strategic liquidity planning

• Perform variance analysis to explain cash flow fluctuations

• Support and refine Treasury policies for compliance and efficiency

• Generate ad hoc reports to assess financial performance and cash needs

• Assist with banking platform transactions (JPM Access), including wires, checks, and FX

• Collaborate with departments including HR, AP, AR, Tax, and Audit

• Resolve bank-related inquiries and provide high-quality internal support

• Participate in Treasury projects to improve operations and scalability

Treasury Analyst Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• 3+ years’ experience in Treasury or Financial Operations

• Strong cash management and reconciliation skills

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

• Excel proficiency; Power BI, SAP, and Kyriba experience preferred

• Highly organized, analytical, and deadline-driven

• Agile mindset and experience in a fast-paced/start-up environment
