- Travel to patients' homes to assist with the registration process for telehealth appointments
- Ensure a seamless and friendly experience for patients connecting with their healthcare providers virtually
- Provide clear instructions and support for using telehealth platforms
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient interactions and appointments
Traveling Care Coordinator Requirements:
- Must have healthcare experience, such as patient care, patient registration or patient administration
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Tech-savvy and comfortable troubleshooting basic issues with telehealth platforms
