LaSalle Network has partnered with a leading payment solutions company in Lexington, KY, and they are seeking a dedicated Travel Support Specialist to join their dynamic lodging team. This is a fulltime, onsite role with multiple shifts available.

Travel Support Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Handle 80-100 inbound calls daily to achieve a target of 40-60 booked reservations
  • Book client-requested hotel reservations by liaising with hotel representatives
  • Accurately input reservation confirmation information into the system
  • Communicate issues effectively and professionally with all clients and departments
  • Use proper grammar and appropriate speech to document client needs and issues
  • Enhance the company’s reputation by delivering an exceptional level of service to all clients
  • Manage inbound and outbound call time to maximize availability for calls
  • Start and complete assigned duties promptly
  • Perform other duties as needed or assigned

Travel Support Specialist Requirements:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or retail industries preferred
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency with the Internet and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook programs
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments
  • High degree of initiative, responsibility, punctuality, persistence and ownership
  • Must be available for flexible scheduling
