LaSalle Network is seeking a Training Room Facilitator to join a government-affiliated group preparing poll workers for upcoming elections. This role is perfect for outgoing, confident communicators who want to be on the front lines of civic engagement. You’ll support lead trainers, guide breakout activities, and ensure trainees walk away feeling capable and prepared.
Training Room Facilitator Responsibilities
- Guide breakout groups and assist with hands-on learning exercises
- Move throughout the room to provide one-on-one support and answer questions
- Help trainers deliver smooth, efficient sessions by reinforcing instructions
- Assist with training room setup, materials, and equipment
- Lift and move up to 25 lbs of equipment, including ballot scanner monitors
Training Room Facilitator Requirements
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups and keeping participants engaged
- Friendly, enthusiastic and confident helping others learn
- Able to lift 25 lbs and manage training equipment
- No specific background required; all professional experiences welcome
- Dependable, punctual and committed to an onsite schedule
