Training Specialist

LaSalle Network is currently hiring a Training Specialist for a nationally growing law firm that specializes in mass and class action lawsuits. This firm has been recognized by reputable publications as an up-and-coming leader in the legal industry and are growing out their Chicago headquarters at a rapid pace!

As a Training Specialist, you will act as an extension of the Quality Assurance team and be responsible for designing and conducting onboarding and training programs that will boost employees’ workplace performance. You will assess training needs and design learning materials.

Training Specialist Responsibilities:

• Support the Training and Quality Assurance Manager in the creation and implementation of onboarding training plans and continued professional development curriculums
• Coach and train new representatives and hold them accountable to key metrics
• Monitor and track individual performance and departmental goals, and work to ensure key initiatives are executed
• Work interdepartmentally to drive strategies forward
• Resolve client issues using problem solving methods

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong Microsoft Office and data entry skills
• Proven success in a performance-based culture
• Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to change
• Proven ability to thrive in a critical thinking environment
