Senior Recruiter Responsibilities:

Own and execute full-cycle recruiting for high-priority roles across quant, trading, and tech

Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, advising on talent trends and recruiting best practices

Build proactive pipelines and go beyond traditional sourcing to engage top performers

Lead candidate experience efforts that reflect the company’s high-performance culture

Assess for both technical strength and long-term fit, with a sharp eye for nuance

Drive continuous improvement in hiring processes using data, tools, and insight

Keep stakeholders aligned with consistent updates and market intelligence
Senior Recruiter Requirements:

5+ years of experience in fast-paced, full-cycle recruiting roles; Trader recruiting experience is highly preferred

Proven track record of hiring top-tier, hard-to-land candidates in competitive markets

Strong communication and influence skills across all levels of an organization

Passion for recruiting strategy and using data to drive better outcomes

Ability to juggle multiple searches and pivot quickly as priorities shift

Familiarity with ATS tools and modern sourcing platforms
