5 days a week in person 8:30-5pm
They put together vacay packages and have sales/travel/ops team
these people would be on ops team which is working w internal suppliers and preparing docs, they help fulfill trips, QC (selling packages and supporting and escorting logistics in a trip), data entry
will all be internal comm – make sure trip doesnt make sense, look at booking, upload info, issue docs
need someone detail oriented, comfortable bubbling issues up, there are good opportunities for growth long term
Software is all Microsoft – Excel is a plus

Team is 7 people right now.. thinking of splitting up reports between Missy/David who is managing everyone now
Communication and being a go getter/comfortable picking up the phone, being curious/analytical
interested in the industry are all important
team is a mix of people later in their career and EL
