Title Specialist Responsibilities:

Process and file vehicle titles and manage a variety of documents
-
Handle 3–4 customer calls per day through an online phone system, addressing inquiries and escalations

Track vehicle stock and provide detailed updates to customers

Scan incoming titles and process FedEx deliveries
-
Drive to local county clerk’s office on a rotating schedule to manage paperwork
Title Specialist Requirements:
-
Previous office experience with strong organizational and customer service skills

Accuracy and attention to detail when processing and filing documents

Familiarity with Microsoft Office; comfort with phone systems is a plus (training provided)

Willingness to learn title processing and grow within the company

Experience in the auto industry or title processing is a bonus, not a must

High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education is a plus
