Location: On-site, 5 days/week

Compensation: $20–$22 per hour

LaSalle Network is hiring a Title Disbursement Coordinator to join a fast-paced, detail-driven team in downtown Chicago. This role is perfect for someone ready to dive into the world of reconciliations, financial accuracy, and transactional data. What You’ll Do:
- Support the Disbursement Accounting Department with balancing closing files and reconciling funds
- Perform high-volume data entry and title updates across multiple systems (ResWare, RamQuest)
- Review daily reports, resolve discrepancies, and reconcile transactions as needed
- Communicate with closing teams and clients to ensure accurate disbursement processing
What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma required
- Basic accounting experience or familiarity with financial data entry
- Comfortable working with Excel and learning new software or portals quickly
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks
