LaSalle Network is partnering with a well-established food manufacturer looking for sales talent in the Atlanta market. They have been in business for over 100 years and are behind some of the most popular brands in the world!

Our client, a Chicago-based company, is looking for Territory Sales Representatives to join their team, as they have grown significantly in 2020 and 2021. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be working in a set territory managing major retail accounts, being the face of the company for each store.

Territory Sales Representatives Responsibilities:

  • Sales and merchandising
  • Display selling
  • Execute weekly priorities at store level
  • Identify up selling opportunities by forward selling displays
  • Ensure resets are completed in a timely manner
  • Leverage seasonal and promotional activity to increase inventory in each account
  • Maintain distribution standards
  • Ensure all purchase orders are delivers and distributed
  • Build and maintain relationships with the key decision makers at each store
  • Work proactively with internal team to figure out best practices
  • Partake in weekly calls with teammates communicating insight and solutions discovered to peers
  • Ensure growth initiatives within key accounts rolled out by management
  • Manage stores effectively within set territory
  • Complete time reports, expense reports, recaps
  • Report information gained on key competitors and categories

Territory Sales Representatives Requirements:

  • College degree
  • 0 - 2 years sales related / CPG experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a personable and outgoing, results-oriented self-starter
  • High energy level, great teammate, and quick learner with critical thinking skills
  • Respectful, trustworthy, and accountable
  • Passion for the products / company
  • Eagerness to grow / learn
  • Valid driver’s license
