Student Services Representative Responsibilities:
- Manage outbound calls to prospective students
- Call recent graduates to check in and inquire if they want to continue their education
Student Services Representative Requirements:
- Excellent people skills and a drive to form meaningful connections over the phone and in-person
- Outbound call experience
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfortable with computers
