As part of a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you’ll handle pharmaceutical purchasing analysis, contract optimization, invoice processing, and inventory coordination. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a highly impactful position within the healthcare sector.
This role will be 100% on-site, Monday through Friday, with shifts from either 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Temporary Financial Analyst Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed research, analysis, and reconciliation of pharmaceutical purchases
- Process invoices accurately and ensure timely payments using systems like Lawson and Perceptive
- Optimize pharmaceutical contract opportunities and identify areas for cost savings
- Manage systemwide inventory processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in reporting
- Oversee reimbursement activities, accounts payable, and pharmaceutical rebate programs
- Provide support for medication procurement and communicate updates to internal and external teams
Temporary Financial Analyst Requirements:
- High school diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of related experience.
- Required experience with Lawson and Perceptive systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex financial data.
- Healthcare or pharmaceutical financial experience is a plus.
