LaSalle Network has partnered with a global non-profit organization based in downtown Chicago who is seeking to bring on a Temporary Data Operations Coordinator. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist the Senior Director of Knowledge and Learning Experiences. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to meaningful global initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in food system innovation and AI applications.

Temporary Data Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and communicate internally across multiple teams
  • Generate reports from the online application portal and create summaries, charts and maps using Excel
  • Maintain and update the database of the project’s application data
  • Collaborate with the IT team to review and implement website edits
  • Assist in managing the peer review process, ensuring adherence to timelines
  • Support planning and coordination of virtual and onsite meetings and events
  • Monitor Challenge award agreements and track winners’ deliverables
  • Attend weekly status meetings and contribute insights
  • Learn and utilize the client’s project management and productivity tools for effective collaboration
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling and follow-ups
  • Oversee document management, including invoices and agreements

Temporary Data Operations Coordinator Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience with database management/data entry
  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel
  • A willingness to learn; prior exposure to international relations, health & nutrition, sustainability or food science is a plus, but not required
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) is an advantage
  • Fully Remote but must be able to commute to downtown Chicago for events and meetings
  • Approximately 30-40 hours per week
