Job Description
LaSalle Network has teamed up with a large consumer gift company to build out their seasonal team. Our client, located near Woodridge, IL, is looking to hire Customer Service Representatives to join the team. The Customer Service team assists customers with inbound phone calls, fulfills email orders, answers questions and processes returns and exchanges.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Answer 80-100 calls a day and 50-75 emails
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Be a team player and dependable during peak season
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- Have strong written and verbal communication
- Must be able to do simple math
- Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
