Temporary Bilingual Community Outreach Coordinator

LaSalle Network is working with a non-profit organization who is need of a Bilingual Community Outreach Coordinator to support the daily functions in their Waukegan, IL office. This role provides direct administrative support to the office with their organizational needs.

Bilingual Community Outreach Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Assist with outreach and research in the area
• Screen and prioritize phone calls and e-mails
• Go out into the community to meet with leaders
• Assist with the planning and preparation of meetings and events
• Support the organization by attending local events   
• Keep track of inventory and assist with data entry

• Bilingual in Spanish, both written and verbal
• Must be able and willing to commute and travel within the community
• Strong level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• High-energy personality with a strong sense of urgency
• Able to work successfully in a deadline driven environment
• Able to commute to the office in Brighton Park
