Job Description

Do you drive and notice all of the signage on the roads? Our client focuses on installing road signs and traffic control to keep communities throughout the United States safe. They have 80 locations and are highly team oriented.

This company is growing and looking for a new Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their company!  

Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities:


 
  • Support day to day administrative functions such as answering phones and helping customers
  • Scan accounts receivable checks and applying electronic payments
  • Create and submit invoices
  • Complete credit checks for vendors

Accounts Receivable Specialist Requirements:
  • Positive attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to operate computer, scanner and copier
  • Desire to learn
  • High school diploma
