The Accounts Payable Specialist role requires great attention to detail and organization. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work in a collaborative environment.

 

Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Review and process invoices
  • Communicate with vendors
  • Weekly check runs and ACH payments

 

Accounts Payable Specialist Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting ERP software is preferred
  • Excellent communication and the ability to be a team player
