Job Description

LaSalle Network is currently working with a client in Naperville to identify a Technical Support Representative with technical support and customer service experience for a fulltime, salaried position. The Technical Support Representative is responsible for communicating directly with consumers and customers using the company’s products.

Technical Support Representative Responsibilities

  • Fielding inbound technical support calls from customers
  • Troubleshooting technical issues related to product line
  • Managing different support request queues including Social Media, Email, and Chat

Technical Support Representative I Requirements

  • Previous technical customer support experience in an environment like the Apple Genius Bar or Best Buy GeekSquad
  • Excellent grasp of written and verbal communication
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues including connectivity and malfunctioning software
