In this specialized Tech Support role, you will investigate inquiries in a timely fashion in order to answer all customer needs. The role will require a solution-oriented mindset and will give you access to employees at all levels of the organization. You will have the ability to interact not only with external customers, but also clients and businesses all across the board. You will be required to provide technical support on the spot to provide an exceptional experience. This role has a competitive pay rate in a dynamic working environment that emphasizes teamwork. Technical Support Responsibilities:

  • Provide high level, excellent customer service
  • Provide step by step technical support
  • Perform Order Entry
  • Answer customer questions regarding products, orders, etc.
  • Problem solving on the spot
  • Verify orders and expedite delivery
  • Other duties as necessary and assigned by supervisor


Technical Support Requirements:

  • 2 years strong customer service experience in a high call volume environment
  • Customer service mindset a must
  • Comfortable making quick decisions and problem solving for the customer
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical support preferred but not required
  • High School Diploma or GED
