Our client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of recruiting experience and must be bilingual in Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.
**This role is hybrid, with one day to work from home a week.


Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for manufacturing, skilled trades, and professional roles
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and coordinate hiring decisions with hiring managers
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring regulations and company policies
  • Build relationships with community organizations, trade schools, and workforce development programs to strengthen talent pipelines
  • Collaborate with HR and department managers to understand workforce needs and align hiring strategies accordingly
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition into the company
  • Assist with employer branding efforts, including job fairs, social media, and networking events

Talent Acquisition Specialist Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal) is required
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, but not required
