Job Description
The LaSalle Network is working with a leading organization specializing in consumer packaged goods (CPG) space. We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will play a critical part in overseeing manufacturing and corporate recruiting.

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist you will oversee and manage the recruiting process for 16 open positions across the manufacturing and corporate departments. You will work closely with hiring managers, candidates and other leaders to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can handle a fast-paced environment and ensure timely responses to candidates and hiring managers.


Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish, including posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews and making job offers
  • Oversee the manufacturing department's high-level salary roles, including production managers, food safety and quality experts, operations managers and environmental health and safety professionals
  • Manage corporate positions in finance, supply chain, procurement, trade spend and marketing
  • Maintain an active presence on job boards and career websites, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and ZipRecruiter
  • Utilize the ADP Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate management and reporting
  • Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events as needed
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers

Talent Acquisition Specialist Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
  • Must have a background with CPG
  • Must work on a hybrid basis, coming in office at least 1 day a week
  • Experience in recruiting for manufacturing and corporate roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
