Job Description

A leading investment management company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to spearhead their recruiting efforts company-wide! This is a hybrid position in downtown Chicago. As a leader in the TA space, this person will work directly with leadership to identify the needs of the organization, strategize on how to align best practices with their recruiting goals, take on full cycle recruiting for senior level roles and build recruiter capability through coaching, goal setting and development plans.

The ideal Talent Acquisition Manager will have a strong full cycle recruiting background. They must be comfortable getting to action and delivery, both with and without guidance or infrastructure and can consult, influence and align with leadership and HRBPs when it comes to hiring plans and goals.

Talent Acquisition Manager Responsibilities:

  • Partner with recruiting and hiring managers to create effective sourcing solutions 
  • Manage different recruiting platforms and source candidates
  • Built quarterly action plans and goals
  • Develop diverse recruiting strategies
  • Oversee the entire referral program
  • Oversee the entire hiring process including, recruiting, interviewing and training new hires

Talent Acquisition Manager Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sourcing and recruiting experience with a variety of roles, disciplines and levels of leadership
  • Has had ownership over developing and sustaining different programs and initiatives
  • Strong leadership skills and a desire to be a part of a team
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • ATS experience with sourcing and managing candidate pipeline
